Terms of Service

Last updated: August 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of vivecontent.com (the "Site"), operated by Vive Content LLC ("Vive Content," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is informational

The Site describes our services, showcases our work, and gives you ways to get in touch. Nothing on the Site is an offer that automatically forms a contract — a real engagement with Vive Content only begins once we've agreed on scope and price and both sides have confirmed it in writing (typically a quote, proposal, or signed agreement). These general terms don't replace or override the specific terms of any such agreement.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access it by any means other than the interface we provide, or use it to transmit anything harmful or infringing.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, copy, and code, along with the portfolio work displayed on it, are the property of Vive Content or the respective clients credited, and are shown for portfolio and informational purposes. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to copy, reproduce, or reuse that material without our permission.

Work we deliver to clients under a signed engagement is governed by the ownership and licensing terms of that specific agreement, not by this page.

Third-party links and embeds

The Site links to and embeds third-party services — including Calendly for scheduling and Vimeo for video — and links out to client and portfolio sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties.

No warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vive Content isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This section doesn't limit liability that can't be limited under applicable law, and doesn't apply to liability arising under a separate signed client agreement, which is governed by that agreement's own terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Site or our services change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
