Privacy Policy

Vive Content LLC ("Vive Content," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through vivecontent.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We keep this deliberately narrow. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. We receive:

  • Information you send us directly— if you email us, message us through the "Email us" link, or book time through Calendly, we receive whatever you include: typically your name, email address, and the details of your project.
  • Basic technical data — our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and performance purposes. We do not layer additional analytics or advertising cookies on top of this.

Drops purchases

Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout. We receive order information such as your checkout email, payment status, amount, and transaction references to verify purchases, deliver files, and help with order recovery. We do not receive or store your full card number. Private order records and downloadable files are stored with Vercel. Download links are private access credentials; please do not share them.

Stripe Checkout may offer an optional marketing opt-in. If you opt in, we save your email address and consent in your private order record so we can send Vive updates. If you do not opt in, we do not add your email or marketing consent to that record. You can withdraw consent by emailing vivecontentllc@gmail.com.

Monthly service clients

Before payment, you can request an unpaid country review. Vive stores your contact details, billing country and state/region, business or individual customer type, and initial brief privately with Vercel to review the applicable rules and follow up with you. Sending these details does not take payment, create a Trello board, or start your paid service period. Do not include payment details or tax IDs in your brief; Stripe collects your full billing address and those details securely when checkout is available.

Monthly signup details, service briefs, payment references, service-period records and workspace references are stored privately with Vercel. Stripe processes your first payment and approved renewals, stores your payment method and provides secure self-service cancellation. Vive does not store your full card number.

To provide a private request board, Vive shares your name, email address and company/board name with Trello/Atlassian. The board also contains the requests, brand links, assets and feedback you choose to post there. Board members and authorized workspace administrators may have access under Trello's workspace settings. Your private signup brief and payment credentials are not automatically copied to Trello. Calendly receives scheduling information only if you choose to book an optional welcome call.

How we use it

We use the information above only to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project
  • Schedule and manage calls you book with us
  • Deliver the services you've hired us for, if you become a client
  • Keep the Site secure and working correctly
  • Verify purchases, deliver files, and help with order recovery
  • Send Vive updates if you opt in

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

The Site relies on a small number of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

  • Vercel - website hosting and delivery
  • Stripe - hosted checkout, saved payment methods, subscription billing and secure customer access
  • Trello/Atlassian - private monthly request boards, customer invitations and collaborative delivery
  • Calendly — scheduling for project calls, when you choose to book one
  • Google Fonts — typefaces used on the Site
  • Vimeo — hosts the video reels embedded on the Site

Cookies

Monthly review requests and service access use an essential, 30-day HttpOnly browser cookie to protect submission retries and your private workspace and billing access. Its credential is stored as a hash in private server records. It is not an advertising or tracking cookie.

We do not set our own tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party embeds above (such as Calendly and Vimeo) may set their own cookies when you interact with them directly; those are covered by their respective privacy policies, not this one.

Data retention

We keep client communications and project records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes, and delete or anonymize information we no longer need.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to keep certain records. Contact us using the details below to make a request.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site or our services change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
