Vive Content LLC ("Vive Content," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through vivecontent.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

We keep this deliberately narrow. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. Information reaches us in two ways:
- Information you send us directly— if you email us, message us through the "Email us" link, or book time through Calendly, we receive whatever you include: typically your name, email address, and the details of your project.
- Basic technical data — our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard request information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and performance purposes. We do not layer additional analytics or advertising cookies on top of this.
How we use it
We use the information above only to:
- Respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project
- Schedule and manage calls you book with us
- Deliver the services you've hired us for, if you become a client
- Keep the Site secure and working correctly
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Third-party services
The Site relies on a small number of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery
- Calendly — scheduling for project calls, when you choose to book one
- Google Fonts — typefaces used on the Site
- Vimeo — hosts the video reels embedded on the Site
Cookies
We do not set our own tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party embeds above (such as Calendly and Vimeo) may set their own cookies when you interact with them directly; those are covered by their respective privacy policies, not this one.
Data retention
We keep client communications and project records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, and legal purposes, and delete or anonymize information we no longer need.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to keep certain records. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
