Pricing
$5,000 USD/month plus applicable taxes.
International clients and review
International enquiries are welcome. Before accepting the first client payment from each new country, Vive reviews the applicable billing and tax rules. This may delay checkout. You can share your initial details for an unpaid review. No payment is taken and no paid service time runs while that review is pending.
Service period
After any required country review is complete, your first monthly payment is taken at signup. Your paid service period begins when your private request workspace is ready and you can submit requests. A welcome call is optional and does not delay service.
Cancellation
Your plan is month-to-month. You can cancel renewal yourself, and service continues through the month you have already paid for.
Refunds
Full refund before onboarding or production begins. After work starts, no change-of-mind or unused-time refunds. If Vive cannot provide the agreed service, an appropriate remedy will be arranged.
